I wonder if this could be a quarterback pick here for Seattle.

Seattle's on the clock.
I mean we haven't talked to them as a quarterback team, and this is right around the range when it would make a lot of sense.
They have Drew Lock.
They have Sam Howe.
They like Quinn, so it's Jaylen Milro.
Jalen Miller.
I gotta be honest, I was, I, I, I'm gonna be honest.
I was hoping Jalen Milro was gonna fall a few more spots to the Raiders.
I kind of liked that.
Uh, Jalen Milro goes to the Seattle Seahawks, so.
This gives them the ultimate protection, right?
Like they, they have the opportunity to slow develop one.
Uh, while they, while they work on the other, what do you think?

I, I like this pick for Seattle.
I wanna be clear.
This is just more about I can see the discourse engines churning.
Oh, it's gonna, yeah, I think after that 1st 2 pick game.
I think we're, we're 10 picks from the end of round 3.
Stains are on the clock.
They've already got their quarterback.
The Raiders have passed on Tredora.
I don't know how many times at this point, so we'll, we'll see what happens.
But just to talk about Jalen Milro, the player, this is, this is a.
Ran for him because he is the most what if ass player that I can think of in the NFL draft because you can see all the inconsistencies and you close your eyes and go, but what if I could be the guy that fixes him because you there's so many plays whether it's the 43 running running between the tackles, you have the deep ball that he is rippling off and it's perfect every once in a while you have to look at it and say what if but the reason why he's here and not being picked 1 point.

it's because it's so inconsistent.
When you said discourse, I thought you meant like Sam Darnold, like his that was with the 5 sack game, take a 55 sacks behind that offensive line or throw a bunch of interceptions or something and be like, Hey Jalen Miller, you think he's ready to play?
Um, I don't think he's ready to push Sam Darnold this year.
I mean, we know Sam's on like a probably a I'll call it a year by year deal, even if it's a people have said one year deal.
I don't think they wanna cut him after one year.
I think they'd have to be like a.
Disaster, but like down the line this is a great guy to develop because especially in this offense like I liked him as a fit for Pittsburgh.

We've all talked about that because he kind of has this way of like his deep balls basically just like shooting a harpoon just yeah and they showed a couple of those plays on the broadcast.
You get him behind, you know, an under center offense and just shooting those play action shots down the field.
It does make sense schematically where he fits in this offense.
Does it is this is a question I will ask smarter people than me is Clint Kubiak.
The professor that can get out of him what he hasn't gotten anywhere else and do we believe that there will be the time for him, the stability for him?
It is still a new regime that fired an offensive coordinator after one year.

They bring in Clint Kubiak like I wanted Jalen Milro to go somewhere that had proof of concept and the ability to slow develop a quarterback and bring him along the right way.
Is that Clint Kubik?
I don't think there's anybody in the league that has proof of concept that they've done it, so it's like he's as good as anybody.
As far as a coach to develop a quarterback, it is all theory.
It is all an idea and the thing is he might get out there and look exactly how raw he looked in in college and we go, OK, well, all right, seem to think Clint Kuia is that guy.
The whole offseason has been like this.

We want what do you want, Clint?
Like you Sam, by the way, I mean, two things.
Number one, Sam Darnold credits Clint Kuia with a lot of his development.
And working with him as a backup in San Francisco, so that's one part of it if we want to give credence to the theory that he could be a quarterback developer.
I will say secondly again to come back to discourse, it's gonna be some comparisons to the last time the Seattle Seahawks went and paid a free agent quarterback who thrived elsewhere in Matt Flynn and then drafted an interesting 3rd rounder by the name of Russell Wilson and just again how things quickly flipped there.
So that's the first time you're gonna hear this comparison.
I guarantee you it won't be the last.
